Dr Lavan went out his way to make me feel comfortable. He had researched my medical history before we met and was fully conversant with my previous needs. He listened to the problem that had brought me to the surgery examined me thoroughly and explained his diagnosis in layman's terms . He explained what i needed to do but more importantly followed up my visit with a brief report on the condition I had developed.

After a desultory 6 minute phone appointment with our NHS GP for my 91 year old mother who barely concealed her disinterest, I was grateful to receive a recommendation to Dr Dan. The difference between the two experiences was chalk and cheese. We had our appointment online which was the easiest option for mum. The first big difference is that a 30 minute consultation with Dr Dan is standard. Sheer luxury! Dan actively listened, showed interest, he was both friendly and respectful, directing his questions to mum rather than me as her carer which pleased us both greatly. His responses were decisive, reassuring and crucially, compassionate towards an elderly lady who was more than a bit scared by her recent health challenges. He was willing to think outside the box on her health issue which required exactly that approach. We have had two subsequent follow ups and have been similarly delighted by the advice received. Dr Dan is skillfully assisted by Nathan who runs the The Wright Practice extremely professionally and with great good humour. I’m very relieved to have made the move from our NHS practice to Dr Dan.

I was lucky to be seen by Dr Farid Bazari at new Victoria hospital. He is true gentleman with good manner and calming voice . He explained every detail of my illness with patients and care . I hugged him and thanked him for his gentle and kind attitude towards patients.

Dr Stephens has a excellant manner. He is informal in his approach, which I especially like. Visiting him is a bit like having a friendly chat with an old friend, rather than speaking to a GP. He seems to have connections with a whole range of specalists, which is reassuring.

I was very keen to see Dr Jenkins after experiencing a period of illness and fatigue that no other doctors were seemingly able to help me any further with. On top of my thyroid condition, I have had had chronic fatigue that wasn’t improving with medication. Dr Jenkins took the time to listen to my full medical history, asking me questions others had not and clearly trying to get to the root of the problem. He was incredibly understanding and sympathetic and made me feel heard and understood. I’ve spent years feeling as though there was nothing that could be done to improve the situation and that I was at times imagining how bad it was due to feedback I was getting. His thorough testing uncovered the cause of the chronic fatigue and we were able to treat it. I am in a far better state of health than I ever have been and feel ‘normal’ in a way I haven’t for many many years. Very grateful to have found Dr Jenkins. His team has also been incredibly helpful and I’m very grateful to Dr Jenkins and his team for everything.

Amazing!! Dr Cavill is possibly the nicest, warmest Dr I have experienced. Very understanding & reassuring in her approach with a great bedside manner. A true credit to her profession.
