Genesiscare has an exceptional team from the moment you step into the room, feeling scared and uncertain. Lore, Ciara, Melissa, and the newest team member, Chanel (hopefully spelled correctly), immediately put you at ease with their warm and welcoming presence. They are truly a wonderful team. The clinical team, including Mimi, Assia, Shelley, Chelsea, Josiah, and Elma, are also the best of the best. They provide unwavering care for each patient under their watch, never faltering in their dedication. With the patience of saints, they are another wonderful team who truly represent the backbone and spirit of Genesiscare. If I have any recommendation at all, it would be the lavatory inside Genesis Care, should be designated for use by the clinical and admin staff and patients only, and not be accessible to engineers or builders in high visibility clothing. I had an unpleasant experience with the cleanliness level after I followed them in following my radiation treatment. Thank you team for caring

I just had a mini facelift at The Ghanem Clinic, and I couldn't be happier, from start to finish, they were top-notch. Dr. Ghanem and the team were super professional and caring. First off, they made sure I understood everything about the procedure and took the time to answer all my questions. That really helped calm my nerves. When it came to the surgery, I felt totally confident with Dr. Ghanem. He knew exactly what he was doing, and the results speak for themselves! I look and feel amazing. The care I got after the surgery was also fantastic. They made sure I was comfy and knew what to expect during my recovery. It made a big difference knowing they were there for me every step of the way. What I really loved about The Ghanem Clinic was how they treated me like a person, not just another patient. Excellent - clean and friendly

Hospital was very clean and staff were very efficient and welcoming throughout my stay, my one suggestion would be to allow patients to arrive closer to their procedure time when having local anesthetic, as there are only a small amount of checks needed prior therefor a lot of waiting around.
