Overall my experience with HCA was ok - especially the care side which was friendly and effective, but the admin side was less efficient, particularly in terms of clarity in pricing and payment processes which seemed complex and uncoordinated.

I had a chin liposuction procedure with Dr Riaz Agha and was completely satisfied from the start to the end results. The consultation was informative and put my mind at rest. The procedure was well organised and I am very happy with the end results.

The staff was friendly, the facilities were clean, and the service was prompt and professional.

Claudia Brand is a highly professional Botox specialist. She is attentive, caring and provides highly professional customer service. I been going to 111 Harley St. for over a year now and I am always happy with the outcome. I come for my Botox treatment to treat chronic migraines and the treatment proven to be highly effective. I just had a mini facelift at The Ghanem Clinic, and I couldn't be happier, from start to finish, they were top-notch. Dr. Ghanem and the team were super professional and caring. First off, they made sure I understood everything about the procedure and took the time to answer all my questions. That really helped calm my nerves. When it came to the surgery, I felt totally confident with Dr. Ghanem. He knew exactly what he was doing, and the results speak for themselves! I look and feel amazing. The care I got after the surgery was also fantastic. They made sure I was comfy and knew what to expect during my recovery. It made a big difference knowing they were there for me every step of the way. What I really loved about The Ghanem Clinic was how they treated me like a person, not just another patient. All staff are beyond helpful and friendly

4 months ago I have done hair transplant at vera Clininc and I feel satisfied until today with results but I hope it will get better to get thicker hair. I recommend anyone who wants their hair back to do it at Veraclinic with consideration donor area.
