I find Negar Monemi to be very caring, and calm and as I used to be terrified of going to any dentist you can imagine how wonderful that is for me now as I have always found her to be helpful in whatever I may have asked or needed.

Ciara is the most patient, kind and caring person. I always felt at ease in her chair! She is a perfectionist and doesn’t miss any detail in the alignment of teeth. Absolutely amazing. My treatment was upper and lower veneers. From the moment I enquired his staff were so helpful and extremely efficient. Dr Oliver himself was lovely and very caring. A wonderful dentist! Excellent manner, clear and calm; impressive technical skills, adroit and methodical; good understanding of things from the patient’s point of view - when I had to have a tooth removed, for instance, he talked me through all the options, dental and financial - and, above all, very professional, conveys a great sense of (wholly justified) pride in his work.

Very professional, friendly and reassuring. He was also very respectful of his dental nurse and they worked really well together as a team (my previous experience from other practices were that often the dentist just barks the orders!). This has also had the overall impact on pleasant experience.
