Always a pleasure to meet “Mrs R”. As usual, very professional, courteous and friendly approach.

Dr Ricardo was really approachable and friendly; he fully explained everything at my check-up and even explained the X-Ray pictures to me so I understood what was going on and then offered three potential courses of treatment (explaining the pro's and con's of each one). When he completed my chosen course of treatment Dr Ricard and his assistant were really proactive and helpful; explaining what would happen and giving me choices of approach with pain killers to suit my preferences and made me completely comfortable before proceeding with (as well as throughout) the procedure.

I came in with a missing tooth and left with a perfect filling which looks just like a tooth! Amazing work, very impressed, thanks very much
