My child attended for removal of two teeth and gas and air at western road practice. I was happy as he was seen within a week of my enquiry and Dr Gupta called in advance to explain how the sedation will work and what was involved. Prior to the enquiry I had been waiting for over a year for him to be seen by NHS services to no avail. During the procedure I am happy there were no tears and he coped really well. Dr Campalani treated my teenage son for severe eczema. He was given a regime of prescription body and hair washes, body creams and topical steroid cream. The application of creams was difficult due to his sensory challenges as an autistic person. Dr Campalani was very patient, kind and communicated the regime and the importance of following it in a calm and considerate way. Both he and I were delighted with the results and whilst it does come and go we now know how to treat it. I was particularly pleased the face cream prescribed was non steroid. (Parent)
