I went to IPM following a word and mouth recommendation. I have found the staff to be friendly, professional and very committed to delivering satisfaction. My only disappointment is that, as a self-funding client, the initial assessment significantly underestimated the treatment sessions that would be required which has had a major impact upon budgeting and has become a sizeable, unplanned financial commitment.

Nicole issue needs toberesolved. Caused many issues on ward. Distress to many patients and management repeatedly told but no adequate measures were put tin place. Processes need more efficient operationalisation. Staff were kind.

Dr Amber is brilliant, approachable, friendly, extremely on point and knowledgeable. She clearly cares deeply for what she is doing which shows through her manner and words.

Quick and easy check in with reception. Was expected and forms to complete were ready as soon as I arrived. Receptionist was friendly and efficient. Comfortable waiting area.

Friendly staff and nurse post operation was the best so catering to our child
