Dr Bloomfield is great to work with. He and his staff are all extremely kind and friendly. With their help I have managed to regain my life. I have always been supported when needed. I went to IPM following a word and mouth recommendation. I have found the staff to be friendly, professional and very committed to delivering satisfaction. My only disappointment is that, as a self-funding client, the initial assessment significantly underestimated the treatment sessions that would be required which has had a major impact upon budgeting and has become a sizeable, unplanned financial commitment.

Quick and easy check in with reception. Was expected and forms to complete were ready as soon as I arrived. Receptionist was friendly and efficient. Comfortable waiting area.
