Dr Annique was brilliant. She let me get out what I wanted to say and promopted me to think about what I was feeling in relation to what I was saying. I found her to be extremely personable and easy to talk to. She also guided my recovery by suggesting breathing techniques and mindfulness practices, all of which I will continue to practice. My experience with her was a great and I can't thank her enough for her time.

Dr Mogudi was very patient and insightful with Nina, I felt she really understood her issues and wanted to help her.

I originally went to see Andreas for relationship issues, to which over time, I confronted and solved with his expert guidance. From there we went on to improve and build on myself. After time, he helped me to recognise better behaviours and how to assert myself without conflict. We also focused on ways to develop myself in all other facets of my life to essentially "be my best self". I absolutely recommend working with Andreas. A true professional.

I was extremely cautious starting grief counselling, but even in a short period it has given me exceptional insight and support. Greg is personable, insightful, respectful and professional whilst having a great sense of humour which is really appreciated during delicate and difficult conversations. Dr Bhatia was very friendly, reassuring and encouraging. I left the session feeling better about myself than before. She did a good job adjusting to my communication style in our first session and I am sure that this will only improve over time as her demeanour and attitude are very open and observant.
