Visiting HCA at The Shard is always a pleasure. Staff are friendly and professional - systems and processes are slick and easy, and the entire place is immaculately clean at all times.

Overall experience has been good. I'd only comment that the appointment times are not always punctual. Cleanliness was ok but one toilet needed a clean/tidy up.

My husband and I are from Australia and chose to have our two children privately here - whilst it was an expensive decision, we were really satisfied with the care that we received at The Portland Hospital, hence returning for the delivery of our second child. The amenities and staff are wonderful.
