my experience of the Harley street hospital was good.

An amazing team. From Val the PA all the way through to the surgeon, you knew you were in the best hands.

Easy check-in, on time appointment, Dr. Reina Wujanto was friendly, professional and transparent -fantastic experience overall.

The booking service, prior notification service, reception service, waiting-time, cleanliness of the establishment all get an excellent rating. The hygienist was not proficient or dexterous, was not well-presented, he did not have a good 'bedside manner', his customer care and overall performance was well below the usual standard for Riverside.

Everyone was professional in their approach, the clinic had excellent facilities and was well maintained.

It didnt even feel like a hospital! All staff were very friendly, attentive and made the experience as positive as possible.

Amazing experience with this company. Very factual and not at all pushy at the beginning, and very supportive. Any concerns I had with my son adjusting to the helmet, and then later when I felt he was growing out of it were dealt with very quickly and very reassuringly. I would 100% recommend anyone who has any concerns with their baby’s head shape and feel they want to go down the helmet route to use this company. I am so happy with my son’s head now.
