My second online assessment was with Dr. Pablo Jeczmien, and I was thoroughly impressed. Dr. Jeczmien was compassionate, personable, and made me feel truly seen and cared for. He took the time to explain everything carefully, ensuring I understood my diagnosis and the next steps. His approach made me feel like he had all the time in the world for me, which was incredibly comforting.

Dr. Hana Soliman was inquisitive, thorough, knowledgeable and very easy to talk to about difficult topics.

Dr Sarkhel was very efficient and flexible with appointments, which made it easier to go through the diagnosis process. I like that he takes a holistic approach to treatment - we don't just discuss medication during check ups, but additional external support like counseling and social activities. This is helping me to better manage my ADHD symptoms and capitalise on the boost the medication provides to create better habits. It's not easy, but having check ups on these additional factors helps me stay on track. His assistants are also great at sending appointment reminders and checking if you need rescheduling, which helps me remember how close it is and make any changes with better than notice than if I handled it on my own.

I unreservedly recommend Dr. Ducci as a psychiatrist. She is not only highly educated, trained, and experienced, but also deeply caring and listens closely. Dr. Ducci's communication style during our therapy is clear and based on our relationship of mutual trust. In my experience Dr. Ducci 's therapeutic guidance is extremely constructive and practical. In fact, after stopping therapy for a few years, I chose to return to Dr. Ducci to resume my therapy to cope with my depression and life choices because I found her so helpful.

Dr Walsh was extremely professional, compassionate and supportive in his approach. I felt very anxious entering my appointments with Dr Walsh but he did a wonderful job of making me feel at ease each and every time, and taking the time to understand me as a patient, making sure I felt seen and heard. Dr Pampaloni was great at listening to concerns and addressing each individual issue with a high level of compassion and care. She was able to advise GPs on prescription dosage to allow me to overcome hurdles in my treatment.
