I arrived 30 minutes early but was seen very promptly regardless. Prof Whiteley explained everything in an engaging way as did the sonographer who carried out the scan. Everything was very thorough and I felt very well looked after.

Majority of the team (nursing, hospitality & cleaning) were brilliant during my stay following the operation. I felt well looked after. Unfortunately my discharge felt a bit rushed, to the point I felt that I was an inconvenience. The handover of medication was given prior to my partner's arrival which meant he didn't have chance to ask questions about my ongoing care & medication
