Best experience I've had at a hospital

Very professional, courteous and detailed in his description of the procedure. I felt well cared for, comfortable and happy with the whole process. The result of my procedure has exceeded my expectations.

I am very happy with my experience with Dr Elhassan. He explained the situation very well and was willing to listen to any concerns I had regarding surgery. As a result of the septoplasty, my breathing has improved greatly and the surgery itself was performed well with no complications. He was helpful and informative throughout the process.

Mr Patel was so clear and kind with his explanation of my test results.

All staft that I came into contact with at C&W were excellent from ground floor front Reception & Administration all the way through the whole experience. Mark together with his immediate colleagues was excellent - I just didn't enjoy the actual experience of the procedure but I can't imagine that anyone else does either......that's why it's 4 out of 5 stars as it's so unpleasant. I feel grateful to have been seen and am very thankful of all the time & experience that makes this possible. I really don't like hospitals at all but I can't really see how Mark Ferguson & colleagues could have made it any better. Thank you.

My overall experience with Mr Awad from clinic appointments to surgical procedure is excellent. He listened really well to all my concerns and addressed them all. He explains thoroughly my problem and the solutions available. He is kind and professional with his patients. He performed the nasal endoscope to me really gently and reassures me all the way as my anxiety builds up because of my previous vasovagal experience with the same procedure. His secretaries are also responsive. Highly recommended!
