All staft that I came into contact with at C&W were excellent from ground floor front Reception & Administration all the way through the whole experience. Mark together with his immediate colleagues was excellent - I just didn't enjoy the actual experience of the procedure but I can't imagine that anyone else does either......that's why it's 4 out of 5 stars as it's so unpleasant. I feel grateful to have been seen and am very thankful of all the time & experience that makes this possible. I really don't like hospitals at all but I can't really see how Mark Ferguson & colleagues could have made it any better. Thank you.

Super informative and I learnt a lot about my issues. Not pushy at all with treatment and wanted us to get the right outcome which is great.

I was very pleased with the care provided to my 6 year old, the procedure was straight forward with an excellent recovery and Mr Vijendren took the time to ensure we all knew what to expect.

My experience with Mr Elhassan has been nothing but exceptional. Mr Elhassan listened to my concerns, investigated, referred me on to other specialists for input and exhausted every option before surgery; which I was thankful for. I was grateful for his approach regarding my care; I felt in control of my care with his expert opinion & guidance. The operation went smoothly and I’ve never felt better. Even post-op Mr Elhassan was available for any questions I had and any concerns I had was dealt with in a timely manner. Mr Elhassan communicated effectively and had a great bedside manner. I thank him immensely for helping me with my concerns and improving my quality of life.

Dr Eynon-Lewis was great and post-op has been very helpful in helping me deal with any questions or issues.

Excellent experience with Dr Kasbekar since the first appointment to the last follow up post surgery. I had a septoplasty and turbine reduction that changed my life for good. From not breathing at all through my left nostril while the right nostril was blocked most of the time and used to breath through my mouth to have 100% unblocked nose after the surgery, massively improved my sleep, my rest, I can appreciate smells and tastes and I improved my cardio and strenght at gym Dr Kasbekar is very professional, very kind, he really cares about his patients. He took his time to explain to me everything about my procedure, surgery and post surgery recovery and follow ups appointments. Also, I need to mention the Park hospital nurses are so profesional and caring. I stayed the night after my surgery and they made me feel better, really cared about me. Thank you Dr Kasbekar.
