My visit with Mr Patani this time was to get the results of my contrast mammogram. He gave me the results in a telephone consultation. He had time to discuss the results which I am delighted to say were excellent. In the past I have always seen him at the Breast Institute at Princess Grace and each time it has been a very positive experience.

All the nurses and doctors were very helpful and provided clear details on what was happening on the day of the operation and the post op care was very caring, friendly and helpful.

The HCA UK at The Shard is a good location to get to. The facilities are excellent too. The hospital is very clean and all the staff at the Shard are very professional and polite. All my appointments there have been on time and I have always had a good experience.

The room was nice and clean and the food was delicious. The staff mostly friendly and polite.

The hospital is well presented with free tea/ coffee while waiting. The staff are kind and friendly and overall a great experience.
