Prof Sayasneh has been very helpful

I had a great experience at the Kensington Wing. All the staff from the receptionists to the nurses, midwives and doctors were couldn’t have been more patient oriented or attentive.

The clinic is absolutely exceptional - all the staff there have excellent bedside manner and experience. My only slight criticism is that they share the pharmacy with the rest of the Portland Hospital which have wait times of around 25-30 mins for a prescription (which isn’t the Lister’s fault) but is quite inconvenient

The staff in the reception area were very friendly and treated me with respect. The environment was clean and tidy. The vending machine and seating helped to make my experience very pleasant.

We had an amazing experience through pregnancy to delivery and aftercare with Keith. His responsiveness, scans at each visit and the team around him were all excellent. We cannot recommend him highly enough.
