On arrival at the Outpatients department, I had a warm welcome from the receptionist. I was asked to fill in and sign an introduction form. I was then offered a hot or cold beverage while I waited to see the consultant. The consultation was on time and this was excellent. The condition of the waiting area and consultation room was clean and tidy and aesthetically pleasing. My overall experience of my visit to the Nuffield Hospital Plymouth was very pleasing.
