I saw Sophie virtually for several consultations. She was extremely knowledgeable about nutrition and the gut microbiome. Through her expert advice I making great improvements to my gut health and resolving a lot of digestion issues. I am extremely grateful for her expertise and I highly recommend her to anyone who is having issues with their gut/stomach.

I had my first appointment with dietician Pooja Dhir who immediately put me at ease when we first spoke. It was a video consultation however Pooja was calm, reassuring, gentle in her probing and engaged. I felt heard. Her follow up notes were comprehensive. It was a particularly stressful time for me and my family and she was truly a light in the dark. We had two follow up appointments and each time she was knowledgeable and friendly - I felt I had made a friend by the time our third session concluded! I cannot thank her enough.
