Happy with everything, tests were done efficiently and Adam was really kind and understanding and he explained everything clearly in terms of treatment etc

This is the second time I’ve had the same experience. I gave my prescription to the lady over the counter. She passed it on the people at the back and then I just waited and waited. Nobody gave me any indication on whether you had all the prescriptions and how long I’ll need to wait. More communication (than zero) would make this whole experience a 5. So simple.

Satisfied with the experience and would be happy to use the clinic again.
