Dr Snow listened carefully and was fully briefed on our first meeting and looked at the blood test and blood pressure readings I showed him. He gave me his professional medical advice in a way that, I, a non medical person could understand. We discussed the situation and the possible medication. He was understanding and practical and we agreed on the medication for me to take. He was professional but with a good and sympathetic bedside manner.

Prof saw me within a couple of weeks of me feeling unwell. He did thorough examinations and reported back the following week. I felt encouraged that all was well and I was able to be positive about going on a planned excursion.
