We are indebted to Professor Lobo, he has been so supportive during my daughters illness. He is very dedicated and knowledgable, often looking outside the box for answers to complex challenges. He was incredibly understanding and sympathetic and made me feel heard and understood. I’ve spent years feeling as though there was nothing that could be done to improve the situation and that I was at times imagining how bad it was due to feedback I was getting. His thorough testing uncovered the cause of the chronic fatigue and we were able to treat it. I am in a far better state of health than I ever have been and feel ‘normal’ in a way I haven’t for many many years. Very grateful to have found Dr Jenkins. His team has also been incredibly helpful and I’m very grateful to Dr Jenkins and his team for everything.

Dr Opel is knowledgable, engaging and understanding. She has run comprehensive tests and has reassured me about the outcome and forward plan. She is easy to talk to and explains everything explicitly.
