The HCA UK at The Shard is a good location to get to. The facilities are excellent too. The hospital is very clean and all the staff at the Shard are very professional and polite. All my appointments there have been on time and I have always had a good experience.

My husband and I are from Australia and chose to have our two children privately here - whilst it was an expensive decision, we were really satisfied with the care that we received at The Portland Hospital, hence returning for the delivery of our second child. The amenities and staff are wonderful.

All the nurses and doctors were very helpful and provided clear details on what was happening on the day of the operation and the post op care was very caring, friendly and helpful.
