Very friendly and lovely person

Very pleasant, experienced, honest and direct. The only feedback I have is I left the appointment ‘unsure’ (referring to consultation appointment). But then I was told that all would be explained in my pre-assessment after.

Ms Sharma was very friendly and patiently explaining my result for me. She did the checks very gently and made me feel very respected. She managed to do checks and consultation within appointment time and the whole experience was very pleasant.

I honestly cannot thank Mr Purohit enough. From my very first consultation, I felt super comfortable, he explained everything in detail, even going through everything again with my husband before my hysterectomy.
