Dr. Joshi's expertise is evident in the natural appearance of my nose, to the point where it’s impossible to tell it was operated on. For those considering this surgery, I highly recommend diligently following the post-operative care instructions. Regular cleaning and rinsing of the nose are crucial for a successful recovery. When I had my endoscopy, my nose looked fantastic. Stick to the prescribed protocol, including antibiotics, and don’t be alarmed if your nose looks different after the cast removal—it will settle down in time. Well done, Dr. Joshi! From the first time that I met with professor Ahmed Allam, he filled me with confidence and put me at ease. Once he had diagnosed me as having an inverted papilloma, he explained in detail what I had and how he would treat me. The surgery was a success and followed by post surgery care and follow up meetings. The surgery was life changing, I can breath now, I can taste and my hearing is improved and I don’t have constant headaches. I can not that professor allam enough for what he has done for me. Gladys was excellent. I felt much better about my Tinnitus after our initial conversation. She provided really important information that was implementable. Listen, it is really important for your recovery from Tinnitus to work with someone who understands Tinnitus on EVERY level. You won't get the insights that are truly needed if you just work with a standard counselor/therapist. ENTs are largely a waste of time. Please do yourself a favor and accept that you have Tinnitus first and it may not be medically treatable -- but it's not the end of your life and it is not forever. With Gladys and others who really understand the condition, I (anonymously) promise you that your life will get better. That's the most important thing to understand. Have some faith, work with Gladys or an audiologist who specializes in the area and if you REALLY ARE WILLING TO PUT IN THE WORK, YOU WILL RECOVER. Maybe not complete resolution, but wherever you are at right now, it will be significantly better after time and commitment and emotional investment.
