I had cholesteatoma surgery and Dr Xie made sure that all my questions were answered. She is patient and kind and very welcoming. My mum always has lots of questions at every appointment we have and she has always been able to answer, we never felt rushed. A very lovely lady and always ready to help with questions.

From the first time that I met with professor Ahmed Allam, he filled me with confidence and put me at ease. Once he had diagnosed me as having an inverted papilloma, he explained in detail what I had and how he would treat me. The surgery was a success and followed by post surgery care and follow up meetings. The surgery was life changing, I can breath now, I can taste and my hearing is improved and I don’t have constant headaches. I can not that professor allam enough for what he has done for me. As in the past I have so found Mr Moorthy’s whole approach very professional and his explaining of possible issues very clear, leaving me confident that I will receive an accurate and balanced review following my further tests. This will help me make any decisions, should treatment be considered necessary.

Dr Toh was very thorough and reassuring. He took the time to explain the reasons for all the symptoms and asked the right questions to find out more about my health. Very professional. I was previously told by another doctor my symptoms were due to sinusitis, but Dr Toh was able to explain what the real issue was.

Gladys was excellent. I felt much better about my Tinnitus after our initial conversation. She provided really important information that was implementable. Listen, it is really important for your recovery from Tinnitus to work with someone who understands Tinnitus on EVERY level. You won't get the insights that are truly needed if you just work with a standard counselor/therapist. ENTs are largely a waste of time. Please do yourself a favor and accept that you have Tinnitus first and it may not be medically treatable -- but it's not the end of your life and it is not forever. With Gladys and others who really understand the condition, I (anonymously) promise you that your life will get better. That's the most important thing to understand. Have some faith, work with Gladys or an audiologist who specializes in the area and if you REALLY ARE WILLING TO PUT IN THE WORK, YOU WILL RECOVER. Maybe not complete resolution, but wherever you are at right now, it will be significantly better after time and commitment and emotional investment.
