Very helpful and good at explaining it all

I had a tympanoplasty on my left ear and Mr Manjaly's expertise, knowledge and care has been evident throughout. From the initial appointment the treatment options were made clear and the risks and benefits of each option. He explained everything clearly and I understood what the surgery would entail should I opt to go ahead with treatment. On the day of the surgery he checked how I was before and after the procedure. I felt I was in the best care possible and have had a successful result following the surgery. My hearing has improved and I have had no re-occurrence of infections and issues prior to the surgery.

I recently had the opportunity to consult with Dr. Natt, an ENT specialist at St. John & St. Elizabeth, and my experience was exceptional. Dr. Natt's expertise and professionalism were evident. He explained complex medical issues in a way that was easy to understand, making sure I was well-informed about my condition. Throughout the consultation, Dr. Natt listened attentively to my concerns and asked many questions, conducted a thorough examination, and provided a clear diagnosis. His compassionate approach made me feel comfortable and confident in his care. Overall, my experience with Dr. Natt was highly positive. His expertise, coupled with his caring demeanor, made a significant difference in my treatment journey. As a hard person to please, I can not emphasise enough how amazing Mr Laycock is. I visited pinewoods for 2 sessions of C02 laser on my face and neck area and results are outstanding! The aftercare is second to none and Mr Laycock was available to answer any questions. I would definitely recommend Mr Laycock
