My experience could not have been better. Being understandably a bit nervous on the morning of my stapedectomy, Joe, and his team, really helped put me at ease. Joe was excellent at explaining what was going to happen and what I should expect to feel during and after, in a way that was easy for a layman like myself to understand. He was very attentive and caring and took time to answer my questions.

His professionalism and attention to detail is second to none and he always takes the time to explain things in great detail.
