All staft that I came into contact with at C&W were excellent from ground floor front Reception & Administration all the way through the whole experience. Mark together with his immediate colleagues was excellent - I just didn't enjoy the actual experience of the procedure but I can't imagine that anyone else does either......that's why it's 4 out of 5 stars as it's so unpleasant. I feel grateful to have been seen and am very thankful of all the time & experience that makes this possible. I really don't like hospitals at all but I can't really see how Mark Ferguson & colleagues could have made it any better. Thank you.

I am so happy with my treatment with Dr Hicklin. Hicklin listened to me and asked me relevant questions that no physician has ever asked me before - I was immediately put at ease with Hicklin's knowledge, professionalism, and straight forward manner. The treatment went exactly to plan, and I unexpectedly cried tears of joy when it was over because of how quick and painless the procedure was, that was able to fix my RCPD. The effects will be life changing for me and I recommend it to anyone suffering with RCPD.
