This was a very pleasant first experience with Dr Jog, although the little boy I nanny for has been coming to see Dr Jog for 7 years. Dr Jog is amazing at communicating with him and makes all the information clear for him to understand at 7 years old. She let him listen to his own heart and told him "you have a kind heart". I had cholesteatoma surgery and Dr Xie made sure that all my questions were answered. She is patient and kind and very welcoming. My mum always has lots of questions at every appointment we have and she has always been able to answer, we never felt rushed. A very lovely lady and always ready to help with questions.
