I was seen today by Dr Alireza. I can highly recommend him to other patients as he is very attentive and professional. He took time to listen to all my concerns and in a very polite manner suggested to make the necessary tests and some solutions to my concerns. Thank you very much!

Timely, clean and professional

The facility is fantastic, and the staff are outstanding! I had a procedure yesterday that left me feeling slightly dizzy. The nurses were there immediately looking after me brilliantly and making sure all was OK. They were friendly, re-assuring and very professional. Thank you all for the great work you do.

No real problems but as I was early they suggested I sit down & have a coffee - but the machine was broken! I have found the Saturday staff more friendly than those during the week

I recently visited Luxmedica in Ealing and was thoroughly impressed with the level of care I received. The staff members were incredibly friendly and helpful, answering any questions I had with ease. My doctor, Dr Katarzyna Adamek, was amazing outstanding professional, taking the time to perform a thorough examination and communicate her findings in a way that was easy to understand, without any medical jargon. I was particularly impressed with her patience and attention to detail during the breast ultrasound, as she explained everything she was doing and seeing on the screen. This level of transparency helped to keep me informed and prevent any undue stress or worry. Dr Adamek's approach was clearly patient-centric, and I am confident that I will return for future appointments. In fact, I have already recommended her services to my mother, who I am sure will receive the same excellent care that I did.

Always very friendly and I never have to wait long for my appointment. Facilities are also spotless.

Walked in and given a friendly welcome. Clear instructions on what to do prior to the consultation. Very clean and tidy. Did have to wait longer than expected for my booked appointment.

Generally friendly. Quite a long time completing the form on the iPad and trying to find my policy plan number. I had my membership and authorisation numbers.
