Good polite reception, I was a little early, but didn’t wait too long.

Everyone was friendly and helpful and the waiting area and facilities were spotless.

My experiences of OneWelbeck have been wholly positive. I have had several consultations, an MRI scan and surgery there and throughout it all I was welcomed by a friendly team who took time to explain things to me. Attended for a major surgery Jun 24. Hospital was very well run and very well equipped. Was treated courteously and respectfully ar all times. All levels of staff from doctors to nurses to porters were very professional and competent.
