My experience with Mr Vakharia has been excellent. I am someone who has not previously found engagement with medical professionals easy but Mr Vakharia put me at my ease from our first consultation. Everything was explained very well and I felt comfortable to ask questions. My surgery was complicated and Mr Vakharia and the team that he worked with did an excellent job achieving results that were beyond my expectations. The post operative care has been excellent so far too.

After about 4 years of unsuccessful trying we received a diagnosis of “unexplained infertility”. We had consultations with an NHS doctor, with a doctor from one of the leading fertility clinics in London, and also with a doctor overseas. However, we did not feel that any of them suited us. Then we met Dr Tarek, who was recommended to us by a friend. As I was very opposed to IVF in the beginning, Dr Tarek found a way to explain the science and statistics behind it, our possible treatment options, risks, and timelines. As a result, together we developed a treatment plan. We decided to start with IUI, and gave it 3 tries. After that we decided to use IVF. During all that time, before and during the treatment, Dr Tarek provided us with all the help and support, and was always there to reply to any questions or concerns that we had. He explained the process and was supporting me at all times. I believe that due to his hard work, dedication, his gift and also thanks to his support I transitioned into the right emotional state for it — and managed to get pregnant after the first IVF round. Now we are happy parents of a healthy baby. There are no words that could describe how grateful we are to Dr Tarek!

I recently had a consultation and scan with Dr Bhushan. He was extremely helpful, caring and showed empathy to what I was going through. He called me after one week to check on how i was doing. Thank you so much.

I have been a patient of Mr Aquilina for the past twenty one years and could not be more grateful to have been introduced to him all those years ago. Initially I went to see him after a miscarriage and he then cared for me during both my subsequent pregnancies and births. He has also patiently guided me through my menopause treatment, carefully explaining and reassuring me at every stage, ultimately something that was transformative for my quality of life. My most recent appointment with him was for a mirena replacement, part of my HRT. I was extremely nervous about the procedure but he was patient, didnt make me feel rushed and did everything he could to make me as comfortable as possible. Nurse Mila was wonderful also and didn't leave my side! I can honestly say that I trust Mr Aquilina with my life and could not recommend him highly enough. His knowledge, experience and kind bedside manner would be hard to beat.

Ms Sharma was very friendly and patiently explaining my result for me. She did the checks very gently and made me feel very respected. She managed to do checks and consultation within appointment time and the whole experience was very pleasant.

Mr Sayasneh has been amazing and couldn't recommend him enough. After years of painful periods and not being given a solution or diagnosis despite scans on the NHS, he diagnosed me very quickly with endometriosis and helped me with a pain management plan and talked through fertility implications. He then went on to do a laparoscopy which was very successful, left minimal scaring and has turned my life around pain-wise. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a good gynaecologist.
