Miss Scott is, without a doubt, the best Doctor I've ever encountered. Totally professional, I felt at last, a doctor who really listened and provided proper care. Despite me being very emotional, her wit and calm demeanour really saw me through. I also want to mention her incredible team who are similarly professional and always so helpful. Dr Naji was the 3rd doctor I had seen about my condition and I wasn’t really sure I was going to keep the appointment, however I did and it was the best decision I ever made. Every interaction has been completely reassuring. I felt informed and confident with Mr Naji in consultations, examinations and my procedure. All my questions were answered and he explained everything to me clearly and honestly. He was the first doctor who wasn’t dismissive and really took the time to make sure I was making the right decision for myself. He was always open to any question I had via his secretary Louise who was also amazing and eager to help. I’ve had a very fast recovery and I know that’s because of the amazing work of Dr Naji and his team. I sing his praises to anyone I know who would benefit from being under his care.

We went with Dr. Tarek as our consultant under the personalized care plan for a fresh round of IVF as he specializes in Pre-implantation Genetic Testing (PGT). We came under his care after having experienced secondary infertility and having had multiple failed embryo transfers with other clinics. Dr. Tarek was incredible and helped us throughout every step. He was so professional and knowledgeable yet compassionate and emphatic and always available to answer any questions or provide advice on the phone even after hours and on the weekend. We have felt that the care we received was indeed very personal and tailored to our needs - if you can afford it I would recommend opting for the slightly more expensive personalized care plan as it is really worth it to be able choosing a consultant/having a direct line and the overall care we received from the entire ACU team was way better than with a much more expensive private clinic. We always dealt with Dr. Tarek directly and although the unit is really busy we were always seen on time and often on the weekend or for early morning appointments. As for the treatment he clearly laid out the options available to us and was very open and transparent regarding our chances of success which we appreciated. Unlike other clinics we also did not feel that he tried to sell additional add-ons but merely laid out options for essential testing or medication and truly adapted the protocol to us instead of using a 1-for-all approach. Throughout our IVF journey with him, he seemed very invested and was genuinely so happy for us when we finally received a positive outcome. We really felt that he cares for his patients. We cannot thank Dr. Tarek enough for helping us make our dream come true and finally being able to have a second baby. We had a fantastic experience and would wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Tarek!

Dr Bora helped us navigate, what would normally be a somewhat confusing journey, with optimism. She took the time to personalize our treatment protocol and it is thanks to her and the lovely team of nurses that we are now expecting our first baby.

I saw Dr Giada six months ago as I have been suffering from PCO, acne, irregular periods and other symptoms. I have seen so many Dermatologists and Gynaecologists over the past ten years that I had lost hope to have normal skin and a normal life at 29. She has been so helpful in explaining things and giving me a hormone-free treatment that has cleared skin and my periods have been behaving normally in just a few months' time! I am so grateful and highly recommend her if you have PCO and you are fed up with it.
