I have been a patient of Mr Aquilina for the past twenty one years and could not be more grateful to have been introduced to him all those years ago. Initially I went to see him after a miscarriage and he then cared for me during both my subsequent pregnancies and births. He has also patiently guided me through my menopause treatment, carefully explaining and reassuring me at every stage, ultimately something that was transformative for my quality of life. My most recent appointment with him was for a mirena replacement, part of my HRT. I was extremely nervous about the procedure but he was patient, didnt make me feel rushed and did everything he could to make me as comfortable as possible. Nurse Mila was wonderful also and didn't leave my side! I can honestly say that I trust Mr Aquilina with my life and could not recommend him highly enough. His knowledge, experience and kind bedside manner would be hard to beat.

She provided excellent guidance while discussing my options regarding the best type of hysterectomy for my personal case and I am delighted with the outcome now, several weeks later. No complications and the bikini line scar is neat and discreet too, a bonus. My recovery has been faster than expected, largely due to the first-class surgery and the wonderful care of the nurses and other staff. Mr Sayasneh has been amazing and couldn't recommend him enough. After years of painful periods and not being given a solution or diagnosis despite scans on the NHS, he diagnosed me very quickly with endometriosis and helped me with a pain management plan and talked through fertility implications. He then went on to do a laparoscopy which was very successful, left minimal scaring and has turned my life around pain-wise. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a good gynaecologist.
