The room was clean. The staff were very friendly. The soap bottle in the bathroom was empty. Food was alright but I finished my tray and it was left until I checked out. Light switch for bathroom wasn’t clear.

The doctor and nurse are nice and friendly. This is my first pregnancy and I'm grateful that I selected London Pregnancy Clinic. I consulted Doctor Giovanni and Doctor Prashant at different stage of my pregnancy and they gave a very detail explanation about my pregnancy scan and they are very patient in answering my question. Thank you and highly recommending this clinic.

HCA at The Shard was easily accessible and a very pleasant environment. Pre visit instructions would have been helpful and the receptionist I met could have been more friendly.

The whole experience was amazing. The midwives go above and beyond to support you. I left feeling really confident to look after my baby after all the care and time the midwives gave us whilst we were in. No question was too much.

Receptionist on fifth floor could have been more friendly but practitioner was very good
