I had seen a number of counsellors in the past over some years but meeting with Kathryn was a world of difference. She helped me to articulate the issues and steadily unpicked them with me, providing resources along the way to consolidate learning and help me apply it day to day. Her warm empathetic approach was key. Therapy has lead to genuine transformation not only in how I see myself but also in my relationships with others and I'm a much better leader as a result (and friend, family member, etc).

I was recently diagnosed with heart disease and have been struggling to get out of bed. Ryan has helped me find peace, hope and a way though my depression and anxiety. He is one of the most inspirational and amazing people I have ever met. The only person that has truly understood my mindset and found a way to help me through my darkest moments. Finding HOPE is a big thing when you are facing a life threatening illness, and learning to live again with belief and a positive outlook, you can’t put a price on that. When I started my journey with my very difficult life. I was put in contact with Dr Rostamipour for an assessment for ADHD. I was actually diagnosed with ADHD and slight autism. Thereafter I was very carefully and compassionately guided into a health care plan that has literally changed and saved my life. I feel after seeing Dr Rostamipour My life has begun. I am in regular contact with Dr Rostamipour. I have regular updates about how I’m feeling and coping with my life and my medication. This is all very carefully monitored and I couldn’t wish for a better outcome. I feel I was born in June 2022 and I am the person now that I always knew I was.
