I don’t quite have the words to explain how thankful I am to Dr Bhalla. He has saved my career! I am cabin crew and was suffering from horrific pressure symptoms in my sinus when I was flying in my frontal sinus. I’d had previous FESS surgery with a ENT surgeon however this was unsuccessful. After an appointment with a different ENT I was referred to DR Bhalla. From the moment I met him I knew I’d made the right choice in surgeon. He was so positive during my appointments that he would be able to ‘fix’ me up and get me back flying and doing the job I love! I was so very doubtful due to the unsuccessful surgery I’d previously had and the anxiety that the sinusitis was giving me. Dr Bhalla really helped me not just through surgery but through a dark time of my life by being so positive and upbeat! He really gave me hope when I thought my flying career was over. He knew what he needed to do and I had 100% faith in him. I ended up having a more complex draf surgery to create large openings in my sinus to prevent air/mucus getting trapped thus giving me awful pressure pain. In all of my appointments Dr Bhalla thoroughly explained everything to me in simple terms so I could easily understand and he really put my mind at ease. Not only is he an absolute professional in his line of work, his bedside manner is second to none. He felt more of a friend by the end of my journey than my consultant! Even down to the day of my surgery he took my partners number to call him personally when the surgery was over to update him and keep my family informed. The surgery so far has been a success and I can’t begin to explain how happy I am to be back doing the job I love and flying anxiety free! Words can’t explain how thankful I am to Dr Bhalla and I really hope he reads this and knows how much he’s changed my life for the better! He’s been my absolute hero.

Mr Ghosh was excellent with everything. I couldn’t have asked for more. I would 100% recommend.
