Excellent experience - for both of us parents and our daughter with learning difficulties. Quite a skill to get things across in those circumstances and so well handled.

As a parent I had some trepidation as to what could be wrong with my child. Dr Tristan Ramcharan was able to melt that fear away. He made my daughter and I feel comfortable, explained every machine he was using and what would be happening. The consultant was very thorough giving us the feeling that no stone would be left unturned. Given the fact we had waited over 6 weeks for a NHS appointment, to be seen within a week and be given the closure was a great weight of our shoulders. Thanks again.
