Good experience

I live in Epsom. On 2 occasions you could not accommodate me at the Epsom clinic so you offered me eg an Ultra Sound in Marylebone. I truly believe that is very poor service when I can get the US locally.

I was an NHS patient in the Sainsbury wing prior to and after a TAVI procedure. All the staff were caring and extremely attentive and as far as I can tell I was not treated any differently to a private patient.
