I found Dr Gurunathan easy to talk to, helpful and insightful. He took time to explain how a normal heart functions, in contrast to the ectopic beats I was experiencing. From our discussion, he was able to quickly analyse the likely cause of my condition, before arranging a series of tests to confirm the diagnosis. His thoroughness of approach was very reassuring. Dr Snow listened carefully and was fully briefed on our first meeting and looked at the blood test and blood pressure readings I showed him. He gave me his professional medical advice in a way that, I, a non medical person could understand. We discussed the situation and the possible medication. He was understanding and practical and we agreed on the medication for me to take. He was professional but with a good and sympathetic bedside manner.

My experience with Dr Malik is the best. Meeting me he immediately put me at ease. He has a kind mannerism which immediately put me at ease. His professionalism , explanations and mannerism gave me the confidence and trust in his abilities. In the surgical unit he was amazing and truly top of his profession. I cannot thank him enough and am so lucky that I have been able to engage his service. His secretary Karen is also amazing and works all hours to ensure patients are updated etc. Dr Malik is the best and meets and exceeds the highest rating possible .
