I cannot fault this hospital , in my opinion all other hospitals need to take a leaf out of their book

Very effective arrangements and facilities

The hospital itself was lovely, all facilities were extremely clean and staff were all friendly and attentive.

A very positive experience. Lovely staff and pleasant surroundings.

8:30 appt first on list. Didn’t get seen until 10am. Taken to a seperate waiting area left family member in main waiting area. Left alone for an hour. Consultant running late. No updates for person waiting. Scan took 10 mins. Dr and scanner rude and no apology. Imagine if I’d been 1.5 hours late for appt. You wouldn’t of seen me

I can't praise Highfield enough, I am very happy with all of my treatment, from the reception staff and the physios. For the last 2 years I have really suffered with my knee. Its brilliant now and I can enjoy a good quality of life.
