My experience at Spital Clinic was exceptional. From the moment I stepped into the clean and welcoming environment, I felt valued as a patient. The staff consistently demonstrated professionalism, empathy, and a genuine commitment to patient care. The GP services provided were comprehensive and thorough. I was particularly impressed by the clinic's expertise in gynaecology and ultrasound. The healthcare professionals took the time to explain procedures clearly and answered all my questions patiently. I appreciated the clinic's focus on preventive care through their health screenings. Their attention to detail and proactive approach to patient well-being is commendable.

The Surgeon took the procedure and the whole treatment very personal. Nurses were very caring.

We would rate our time at the Lister highly overall. Having a relatively small team means we got to see the same friendly faces who we feel genuinely cared about us and our experience; we appreciated the personal touch. The whole team are brilliant and we would like to send them our heartfelt thanks. The only slight frustration we had was that it could be very difficult to get through to the clinic on the phone, although communication did appear to get a little easier the further we got into treatment.
