Mr Ayoub explained the whole process and subsequent outcome very thoroughly and answered any questions and concerns in detail. I have been seeing doctor Shushma for few years before deciding to go ahead with the operation of hysterectomy which was nessassary because of my stage 4 prolapse womb . I first spoke to Dr Scawn in 2023 and presented him with an eye that had been operated on multiple times by two previous surgeons. He did a detailed analysis of my situation and laid out the challenges and best steps. Everything was focussed on getting the right outcomes while being clear to explain the limitations due to the previous surgeries. Fast forward to 2024 and my eye is in a fantastic place. The patience of the approach taken was spot on and Dr Scawn was great throughout

I recently had a lower eyelid operation preformed by Mr Lorenzo at Southampton Hospital Eye Unit. Throughout the consultation, operation and the follow up appointment I found him to be exceptional professional. He explained everything very clearly with the procedure and also how successful the operation had been. During the operation he was in total control and I was highly impressed with his and his team's performance. I could not fault any part of the procedure.
