I cannot recommend the Lister Fertility Clinic highly enough. Having had bad experiences with previous clinics, the care I received under the team at the Lister was everything. The team are just amazing and leave no stone unturned, and their personal approach and empathy are exemplar. I was very well looked after during my stay in the hospital, the hospitality and accommodating staff made sure I was very well looked after. It was a pleasure to be under their care.

Such wonderful staff, so patient and compassionate. They never made me feel that I was a nuisance for asking questions. Dr Bodri always made me feel at ease and was kind and reassuring. Overall my experience with HCA was ok - especially the care side which was friendly and effective, but the admin side was less efficient, particularly in terms of clarity in pricing and payment processes which seemed complex and uncoordinated.

Absolutely fabulous , from the front line staff all the way through to the clinicians. A wonderful experience cannot fault it.
