We felt at ease from the moment we arrived and couldn’t have had been support from the full team. Thank you all for making our experience as comfortable, supportive, and reassuring as possible.

The clinic is absolutely exceptional - all the staff there have excellent bedside manner and experience. My only slight criticism is that they share the pharmacy with the rest of the Portland Hospital which have wait times of around 25-30 mins for a prescription (which isn’t the Lister’s fault) but is quite inconvenient

I was very surprised to find out the clinic has office at Nine Elmes, which is very close to my home. I’m very convenient. The facilities are new and the staff are very friendly. I had a great visit.

The staff there are very high quality. I find the clinic professional and clean and I always look forward to my appointments there. Stephanie Gorgevska has been absolutely fantastic and I am very grateful to her. She has such a nice approach and is very skilled and knowledgeable. Ellen on the phone admin team is also so good and so polite. Thank you to everyone there who I’ve had the pleasure of meeting so far. Highly recommend this clinic.

The doctors, nurses and staff are incredibly friendly and clearly care about one another and the patients. Doctors in the Sainsbury’s Wing are fantastic, capable and empathetic but clearly overworked with shifts that are longer than they should be. I would say the same goes for the nurses. There is a serious shortage of staff, which is problematic for a private facility. The building in itself and the rooms are in desperate need of renovation and modernisation. Nutrition needs to be much more of a priority as it forms a crucial part of a holistic treatment.

Dr Maha has been such an amazing and well experienced Doctor and I will definitely recommend anyone who is having problems to conceive to go to Dr Maha. The staffs were all great towards us as well and I enjoyed being the patient of Dr Maha because he lifted our hopes and spirits.
