I found Mr Caeser to be extremely knowledgeable, friendly, professional and helpful. My only concern is I have not had any follow up since the appointment, so I will take this up with Bupa and with the secretary.

Shoulder OP with the Exceptional Dr David Butt. I have had a shoulder issue for 6 months that was not getting any better with many visits to the physio. I had an injection to relieve the pain as I was not sleeping and finally had surgery to clean up my shoulder impingement. Dr Butt was extremely caring and understanding and very easy to communicate with. A great sense of humor and a welcoming attitude. A great Dr that I definitely recommend 5 Star service from him & his staff

Jacky was very helpful, kind and had a great attitude about my healing process from an ankle injury from the start! He explained every step of his plan for me and adjusted it to my situation and concerns along the way. I thought that Dr Gulihar had a pleasant manner and took time to explain the options and make recommendations. After the X-rays he suggested a steroid injection in my right shoulder and I must day that the result was fantastic. The pain in my right shoulder has largely disappeared and the pain in my neck and left shoulder has greatly reduced and is now perfectly manageable. An excellent result and a big thank you to a thorough professional.
