Has been a very positive experience overall, no problems at all - Mohamed has been wonderful. The hospital has always been very helpful with any problems I've had.

The criticism is that I was put on the spot to make a rushed decision on the treatment. It would have been sensible to let me go away with the options of treatment and be able to discuss with my family and then make a decision. Now I feel as though I was swayed away from going for the surgery as I wasn’t keen on it.

My experience with Mr Matthew Sala was excellent. He's very calm, he's very attentive and asks the right questions. He had diagnosed my shoulder injury for which he did a thorough examination during our appointment. He doesn't rush - and I feel that he cares for his patients. I would not hesitate to recommend him to others.

Mr Yanni was very experienced with a relaxed and calming manner. Put you at ease.

Dr Prinja showed utmost care and diligence throughout the entire process, providing an all-round fantastic service. Could not have hoped for a better outcome.
