Mr Nama is such an attentive and caring doctor, you really feel that he is not using templates, every patient is an individual. All his explanations were very clear and easy to understand, he has a very reassuring manner, I felt I could trust him from the first appointment. When I did my blood tests, even nurses were saying that I got the best doctor in the hospital and if any of female hospital staff needs a specialist they choose to be seen by Mr Nama. Dr Simon Butler-Manuel was very personable and empathetic towards my condition. He was humble and clear, and ensured I fully understand the scope of my procedure. He made minimal incisions, avoided the need for stitches or staples which was preferred as to avoid scarring, and the next day following my operation he came by to give me a full breakdown of how my procedure went and what I can expect moving forward.

Very pleasant, experienced, honest and direct. The only feedback I have is I left the appointment ‘unsure’ (referring to consultation appointment). But then I was told that all would be explained in my pre-assessment after.
