Due to my past gynaecological history I am always extremely anxious and apprehensive when coming to women’s healthcare. I’ve never met Dr Ali before but I have to say he was so kind, thoughtful and respectful to my anxieties. He listened to me and asked what he could do to help ease my anxieties. His bedside manner and empathy were just what I needed to calm me down, and although the procedure wasn’t pleasant, he talked me through what would happen, what I might experience etc. and really made me feel at ease. The nursing staff too, who were assisting him, were truly wonderful, as they always are. Thank you to you all for your care, but also so your empathy; it really meant a lot to me and got me through the procedure.

I found him to be warm and friendly. His explanation of what was to happen was easy to understand and I felt very confident I would be in safe hands...and I was! He made a follow up phone call one week post-surgery to check on me and said he was very happy that all had gone well. Couldn't have asked for a better surgeon...thank you Farshad so much for looking after me.

Mr Prashant is a very professional doctor. He took the time to explain the procedure. Was open and honest amd answered all my questions. He is indeed a credit to the profession and organisation on a whole.

Dr Simon Butler-Manuel was very personable and empathetic towards my condition. He was humble and clear, and ensured I fully understand the scope of my procedure. He made minimal incisions, avoided the need for stitches or staples which was preferred as to avoid scarring, and the next day following my operation he came by to give me a full breakdown of how my procedure went and what I can expect moving forward.

Very pleasant, experienced, honest and direct. The only feedback I have is I left the appointment ‘unsure’ (referring to consultation appointment). But then I was told that all would be explained in my pre-assessment after.

Consultations with Mr Razvi have been thorough with explanations and examinations leading to clear advice and treatment .....all being delivered in a calm, caring and professional manner to me as his anxious patient.

After a long period of uncertainty and considerable anxiety I decided to pursue treatment via the private route. After extensive research, I contacted Mr Kotsopoulus via his office. From beginning to end I knew I was in safe, expert and kind hands. The whole process from my initial consultation to being discharged from hospital, having had a total abdominal hysterectomy was less than 3 weeks. Everything went seamlessly. I am currently recovering well and have nothing but praise for Mr Kotsopoulus and his team. I would wholeheartedly recommend Mr Kotsopoulus to any future patients.
